An Active Life for My and Her Corgis

My is one of Raw for Paws’ ambassadors and a true dog enthusiast. Her days are filled with time spent with family, friends and, above all, her dogs. In her family, everyone shares the same passion for training and competing, and although they have different breeds, they are united by their common interest.

My feels most at home outdoors, whether it’s barbecuing, picking berries and mushrooms, or hiking in the mountains. The dogs are always with her, and she often has more than just her own at home. She gladly helps friends and family by hosting training camps and sharing her knowledge and experience.

At home, My has two charming corgis: Brembo, who is four years old, and Blomma, who is two. Her love for the breed began when she was looking for a small, agile herding dog suitable for both training and competition. She quickly fell in love with the breed, and it was hard to resist getting another – which is how Blomma eventually joined the family.

Together, they have tried everything from rally obedience and showing to tracking, pulling sports, canicross and nosework. They have also competed in agility and qualified for the Rally Obedience Swedish Championships 2024. In the long term, My dreams of starting a kennel focused on developing the corgi’s physical capacity.

My discovered Raw for Paws dog treats early on. Brembo, who is picky and has a sensitive stomach, quickly found his favourite. When Blomma was a puppy, Raw for Paws treats were the first she got to try, thanks to their gentle properties. All flavours are a hit with the dogs, and now My is considering trying more products – MSM for coat condition ahead of shows and Digestive Guard to support the stomach. She is also curious about supplements for joints and mobility, especially since Brembo has slightly weak hips.

“With their long bodies, it’s important to support their joints, for example by maintaining a healthy weight and building muscle to prevent injuries in the future.”

As an ambassador for Raw for Paw, My wants to promote a brand she truly believes in.
